GENTLE FLOW & PRANAYAMA

Gentle flow & Pranayama is great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slower pace of class allows you to enjoy each pose fully. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with relaxation with deep grounding and breathing exercises.

BACK CORE BASICS

This 45 min yoga class is focused on building strength and flexibility in the back. So many people suffer from back and neck pain and are unsure how to alleviate their pain. We will do specific yoga postures as well as breathe work to help improve posture, soften muscle tension, and strengthen those important muscles that play a big role in spine health.  All Levels welcomed.

CORE FLOW YOGA

Yoga is an excellent way to strengthen your core and benefit your well being. In this class, we will explore the linking of yoga postures that will build energy in the body while helping you focus on activating the primary muscles that stabilize the core. We will work together to develop a balanced relationship of both strength and flexibility. Come join us in a safe, cozy, salt cave for some fun exploration of this thing we call our “core”!
