Skin Sense is not able to refund gift cards, series, or treatment purchases.

Products may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase so long as not more than 5% of the product is used and all product packaging is returned. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used. Cash purchases will be refunded by check.


Skin Sense requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. To avoid being charged the full price of treatments you have scheduled, please call us at least a full day before the scheduled time of the treatments you wish to cancel or reschedule. You must give us 24 hours' notice by telephone whether or not you have received a telephone call, email, or text message confirming your appointment. Appointments cannot be canceled or changed by email or text message or through our web site.
